Painting is my harbour of happiness – the one I’d like to stay in forever, watching the paintbrush dance on the cardboard... For me it’s the process of meditation, searching for the meaning of life and happiness, giving me the floats of positive energy I can spread out on the paper and share it with others.
I do believe in magical meaning of art, symbols and colours, coming from ancestral world to modern-days world. That is why I try to hear, see and convey the nature music and harmony with the help of rhythm of colours and shapes.
                                                                                                     Natalija Kriščiūnienė

I was born in 1960 in Vilnius, Lithuania.
In 1974 – 1979 I studied at the Art Academy in Vilnius.
In 1975-1979 I studied in Vilnius Art School.
In 1985 m I graduated from Lithuanian national Art academy in Vilnius.

I have a big interest in Eastern philosophy and Feng shui theory. That is why the motives of Fire, Trees, Water, Air or Earth are predominant in my art works. I also admire Pagan suns and Buddhists’ mandalas, which are considered to be the signs of happiness and success in any interior.
